1119–X-TREME SINGLE-AUGER GRAIN CARTS Take your harvest to the extreme with the all-new 19-Series X-TREME grain cart from Unverferth. Featuring an exclusive front-folding, single corner-auger with a forward reaching design, the 19-Series lineup of grain carts positions the downspout ahead of the hitch for an enhanced line of sight from the tractor cab. The upper auger folds diagonally across the front of the grain cart, permitting a longer upper auger which increases side reach and height. The all-new four-way downspout features an increased range of motion for added operator convenience. Available in 1550, 1330, 1100 and 1000 bushel carrying capacities with unloading speeds up to 650 bushels per minute! ENHANCED LINE OF SIGHT • The exclusive, forward-reaching, front-folding corner-auger increases the upper auger length for enhanced auger side reach, forward reach and height. • This allows the operator to easily view the downspout from the side window of the tractor cab which reduces fatigue and minimizes the risk of spilling. EXTREME UNLOADING Unloading accuracy is optimized when the downspout is pointed straight down and the 19-Series X-TREME grain cart provides up to 10 feet of auger side reach when in this position, reducing the risk of throwing grain off target. AUGER FLIGHTING The 21” diameter auger in the sump transitions into a 20” auger for increased unloading efficiency and unloading speeds up to 650 bushels per minute. UNLOADING CONTROL The standard 4-Way directional downspout provides nearly 4 feet of in-and-out and 4 feet of side-to-side control with minimal change in the discharge height for easily topping off trucks with limited tractor movement. The hydraulically driven gear motor on the downspout provides a smooth and responsive feel when adjusting from side-to-side. OPERATING CONVENIENCE The cushioned auger fold cylinder gently folds and unfolds the upper auger into the operating and transport position. When in the operating position, the hydraulic locking mechanism holds the upper and lower augers tightly together for a leak-free seal. TANK DESIGN The 19-Series X-TREME tank features an exclusive deep sump design, which funnels grain down into the auger for fast and complete unloading. Industry-leading 40° front and 30° rear tank slopes with graphite coating ensures complete cleanout, regardless of the grain moisture. HYDRAULIC FLOW GATE Hydraulically operated 36" flow gates feature a highly visible position indicator for easily controlling grain flow while unloading. WEATHERGUARD ROLL-TARP To protect your harvested crop, the weatherguard roll-over tarp is standard on models 1519, 1319 and 1119 and is optional on model 1019. TANK STANDARD FEATURES The 19-Series X-TREME features durable, high-grade enamel paint that is baked on in tractor red, green or metallic gray for a long-lasting and smooth, automotive-like finish. RELIABILITY BUILT IN The X-TREME grain cart lineup features industry-leading undercarriage options so you can choose the right undercarriage to meet your operation’s needs. Choose from high-flotation single wheels and tires, the 42” wide Equalizer® track system, 36” wide traditional track system or optional straddle duals for model 1019. DURABILITY All models feature a cast 2" single-tang hitch with a smooth chamfer opening and bushings that fit numerous hitch pin sizes, allowing the cart to trail smoothly. HIGH-FLOTATION SINGLES Models 1519, 1319, 1119 and 1019 are available with a high-flotation single wheel and tire with a variety of tire sizes available depending on the model. Models 1519, 1319, 1119 and 1019 can be equipped with a rigid axle while models 1119 and 1019 can be equipped with an adjustable axle to meet individual grower preferences. Models 1519 and 1319 feature 12-bolt hubs while models 1119 and 1019 are equipped with 10-bolt hubs. Each hub is manufactured from special alloy, high-strength steel with gusseted reinforcements for trouble-free operation. 36” WIDE TRADITIONAL TRACK • The 36" wide track belt with 105” of ground contact length features a 4-bogie design and is available on models 1519, 1319 and 1119. Models 1119 and 1019 can be equipped with a 2-bogie track with 87” of ground contact length. • 40" end-wheels feature 10-bolt hubs that are greaseable with triple-lip seals and a steel guard for optimum lubrication. Purgeable grease hubs ensure the operator can “purge or push” out any dirt and debris from the hub, increasing the life and eliminating down time. 42" WIDE EQUALIZER TRACKS The 42" wide track belt with 105” of ground contact length and a 4-bogie design is available on models 1519 and 1319.
