KEY BENEFITS BUILT FOR CONSISTENT FEEDING Belt-driven augers at the ends of the 16-foot headers move the crop quickly to the conditioners, minimizing the chance of double cuts, crop-wrapping and buildup. ADVANCED CONDITIONING SYSTEM The TwinMax™ advanced conditioning system, offered with the 9316D and 9313D headers, provides the3 perfect option for producers looking for the fastest drydown possible. Two sets of steel-on-steel conditioner rolls crimp stems every 1-2 inches, reducing drying time while allowing leaves to stay health and whole, retaining nutrient value. PROPER TENSION — ALL THE TIME The 9300 Series rotary headers use hydraulic conditioner roll tensioning to maintain consistent pressure on the conditioners at all times. In the event of a header blockage where the header needs to be reversed, the tension is automatically released to allow the blockage out of the rolls; the pressure is then reapplied when the header is engaged forward. ROBUST CUTTERBAR The RazorBar™ Cutterbar is a modular ductile cast iron housing with spur gears transmitting the power from the dual header drive motors on each end. This gives it superior strength but allows for a thin cross section to allow for a close cut to the ground. PERFORMANCE DUAL DRIVE HYDRAULIC MOTORS Provide increased-but-balanced power to the cutterbar and conditioner drives on both sides. ROBUST BELT DRIVES Self-adjusting spring-tensioned belt drives with easy access covers to allow maintenance. QUICK ROLL GAP CHANGE Shims easily allow 1/8 inch adjustments to be made without changing stop nut location on the 9316 S/D headers. PRODUCTIVITY CONSISTENT CROP FLOW The 9316 S/D headers use stub augers in the crop flow path to provide smooth and easy feeding, improving windrow formation and increasing drydown.
