BOBCAT E19E ― BATTERY-ELECTRIC COMPACT EXCAVATOR Featuring state-of-the-art lithium-ion battery technology, the conventional tail-swing E19e provides the same power as its diesel-powered equivalents, with near-instantaneous torque. HIGHLIGHTS • With a small footprint, zero emissions and an in-track swing frame, the E19e can work on small outdoor jobsites as well as indoors, where the alternative is manual labor. • The E19e is powered by three lithium-ion batteries that provide a total capacity of 17.28 kWh. The batteries deliver high-energy density, long service life and require no routine maintenance. • The standard long-arm gives operators added reach and dig depth, while the increased cylinder size offers excellent breakout forces and lifting ability. Hydraulically retract the undercarriage to just 39-inches wide for access to small job sites - both indoors and out. Then return the undercarriage to its 54-inch stance for a wider footprint and leading performance. The blade also can be retracted at each side for greater access to jobsites. The battery systems deliver high-energy density, long service life and require no routine maintenance. The result is strong breakout forces, smooth operator control functions and loads of workgroup power. The batteries provide about four hours of continuous runtime, or between six and eight hours of runtime using breaks to recharge. HYDRAULIC POWER The performance of our advanced hydraulic systems already set Bobcat apart. With battery power, the E10e, E19e and E32e take hydraulic performance to a new level. The excavators’ electric motor delivers full torque at all rpm ranges, resulting in smooth hydraulic control. Under load, power supplied to the hydraulics remains more consistent, which results in precise control of all workgroup functions. These battery-electric excavators deliver power equivalent to their diesel counterparts, but with immediate and consistent torque that can only be generated with electric power. BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM The Battery Management System protects the lithium-ion batteries, extends battery life and optimizes power usage for highly efficient operations. This system monitors the batteries and will de-rate or shut down the excavator to prevent damage to the batteries. THE E10E BATTERY SYSTEM The E10e is powered by two lithium-ion batteries that provide a total capacity of 11.5 kWh. The battery system supplies power to an electric motor which drives hydraulic pumps. The pumps pressurize hydraulic fluid for operation of the excavator’s workgroup functions, attachments and tracks. The lithium-ion batteries also power an independent 12-volt battery system which runs the work lights and certain controls. The E10e, E19e and E32e also feature a standard beacon light on the top of the canopy. The beacon emits a bright orange strobe light whenever the excavator is turned on. The E10e and E32e are also equipped with a horn for added operational awareness. CONTROL PATTERN SELECTOR Easily change between “excavator” and “backhoe” patterns with an electronic control pattern switch. HYDRAULICALLY RETRACTABLE UNDERCARRIAGE Hydraulically retract the undercarriage to just 28-inches wide for access to small job sites- both indoors and out. Then return the undercarriage to its 43-inch stance for a wider footprint and leading performance. The dozer blade also can be retracted at each side for greater access to jobsites. DOZER BLADE WITH EXTENSIONS The standard blade can be retracted at each side for greater access to tight jobsites.
